Happy times for all vegetarians – we have a veggie risotto now! Everybody loves Risotto, and with good reason. Our new type of rice – a parboiled one, holds its shape and is known for being „al dente“ - which means, it is cooked to be firm to the bite. It works as a great base for the risotto, along with some carefully selected vegetables, such as baby carrots, green peas, corn and green beans. The awesome taste comes from the Herbs de Provence. And to make you extra happy and finetune this veggie meal, we have added natural nigari tofu pieces. Anybody who likes a healthy life style will appreciate this meal – not just vegetarians. 

Composition: Vegetables 54% (green beans, baby carrots, peas, corn, tomatoes, onions, peppers), parboiled rice 25%, tofu 20% (soya, sea salt Nigari), rapeseed oil, salt (salt, potassic iodide), Provencal herbs, cumin, pepper, chilli.
