退款政策

退款政策的條款細則:

  • 如購買後,發現貨品有生產上問題,可於購買日後七日內帶同單據到門市更換。
  • 因您個人原因造成的商品損壞(如自行修改、[其他原因])及保管不當、商品的正常磨損,不予退貨。
  • 未經授權的維修、誤用、疏忽、濫用、事故、改動、不正確的安裝所造成的商品品質問題,或撕毀、塗改標貼、防偽標記等不予退換。
  • 附贈品之商品、組合銷售商品、禮包、套裝中的商品不可以部分退貨。
  • 由於處理不當及退貨寄運過程中不論任何原因導致貨品出現損壞及遺失,風險由買家承擔,[網店]不會作出任何賠償及退還款項。
  • 退換貨時,請您務必將保持完好的原品牌包裝盒或袋、內帶附件、標籤、說明書等,發貨單、收貨快遞面單(如有發票或贈品)需同商品一起退回。如寄回商品缺少發貨單、收貨快遞面單或包裝破損/丟失,即便在退換貨期內,也無法為您辦理。

If the product contains any manufacturing defects, we will conduct replacement within 7 days of purchase at our retail location (True copy of receipt required)

 

Product damage caused by personal reasons (such as self-modification or other reasons]), improper storage, normal wear and tear of the product, will not be replaced/refunded.

Product quality problems caused by unauthorised maintenance, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, or tearing, altering labels, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc. will not be returned/refunded.

Partial returns cannot be accepted for items with bonus / bundled items / gift packs.

Due to improper handling and any reason during the return shipping process, the goods are damaged or lost, the risk is beared by the buyer, and Chamonix Alpine Equipment will not make any compensation or refund.

When returning or exchanging goods, please return the original brand packaging box or bag, with accessories, labels, instructions, etc. in good condition, as well as the delivery note and the delivery receipt (if there is an invoice or gift) together with the goods. If the returned product lacks the delivery note, the delivery receipt, or the package is damaged/lost, it cannot be handled even during the return and exchange period.

In the event of any disputes arising from refunds or returns, Chamonix Alpine Equipment reserves the right of final decision.
